How do I play Lodedrop?
Hold the left or right half of the screen to run along a ledge, then step off the edge to drop onto the next ledge below. The ledges keep rising toward the spiked ceiling, so keep moving down. Your score is the depth you reach, in meters.

How do helmets work, and when does a descent end?
Every hit from the stalactite ceiling, a spiked ledge or a falling rock costs one helmet, followed by a short moment of protection. The descent ends when you lose all helmets or fall off the bottom of the screen.

What do the gear upgrades do?
Spend gold in the Gear shop. Extra helmet lets you take one more hit, Lamp magnet pulls gold from further away and Grip boots make you run faster. Each upgrade has three levels, priced 40, 120 and 300 gold.

What is the difference between coins and nuggets?
A gold coin is worth 1 gold. Rare nuggets are worth 5 gold. Gold you collect stays in your pocket after the descent ends.

How do I reset my progress?
Open Profile and press and hold "Hold to reset progress" for two seconds. This erases your gold, gear, logbook and best depth on this device. Releasing early cancels the reset.
